NEUROINCLUSIVE

Lived Experience • Professional Expertise • Inclusive Solutions

Nau mai, haere mai – welcome!

Living in a world not designed for autistic and other neurodivergent people comes with unique challenges.

We know this first-hand.

Through lived experience and professional expertise, we’ve learned how to rebuild after burnout, grow capacity, and create sustainable ways of living.

We journey with autistic and other neurodivergent people, their whānau, professionals, and organisations—supporting journeys towards equitable access, wellbeing, and inclusion.

Our approach is neurodiversity-affirming, person-directed, and guided by the Enabling Good Lives (EGL) Principles.

How can we support you?

Culturally appropriate support that begins with genuine understanding.

Consulting

Tailored guidance as needed for autistic people / ADHDers—and whānau or professionals seeking to better understand and support them. Get relevant insights, strategies and information, or advice related to organisational service design and delivery.

Mentoring

Personalised structured, and ongoing support for autistic people / ADHDers to navigate challenges related to their neurodivergent experiences, explore strengths, and set meaningful goals. Regular sessions provide an opportunity for clarity, connection, and progress.

External Supervision

Supportive and reflective sessions for neurodivergent kaimahi (or their managers) to process experiences, explore challenges, and enhance practice. Grounded in cultural safety and respect, our collaborative approach focuses on sustainable wellbeing and professional growth.

This process has made me feel seen and understood in a way that I had previously never experienced.
