NEUROINCLUSIVE
Lived Experience • Professional Expertise • Inclusive Solutions
Nau mai, haere mai – welcome!
Living in a world not designed for autistic and other neurodivergent people comes with unique challenges.
We know this first-hand.
Through lived experience and professional expertise, we’ve learned how to rebuild after burnout, grow capacity, and create sustainable ways of living and working.
We journey with autistic and other neurodivergent people, their whānau, professionals, and organisations—supporting journeys towards equitable access, wellbeing, and inclusion.
Our approach is neurodiversity-affirming, person-directed, and guided by the Enabling Good Lives (EGL) Principles.
How can we support you?
Culturally appropriate support that begins with genuine understanding.

Support for Individuals and Whānau Members
Support for autistic people, people with ADHD, and other neurodivergent and disabled people, along with the whānau members around them. This may involve talking through a situation, navigating services or systems, unpacking a diagnosis, exploring unmasking and sustainable wellbeing, or developing communication and self-advocacy strategies through supportive and ongoing conversations.
Support for Professionals and Organisations
Supervision for practitioners, alongside consulting and advisory support for teams, organisations, and workplaces who want to strengthen neuroinclusive practice. This may involve reflecting on complex situations, improving accessibility and service design, building confidence when working alongside neurodivergent and disabled people, and developing sustainable approaches to inclusive practice.
